Situation:

Alliance Scale’s website catalog was hosted on a Thomasnet platform and not an integral part of the Alliance website. There was a design disconnect between the main website and the hosted catalog website. By having two different web domains trying to function as one, it was cumbersome to manage the two sites, difficult to properly maintain search engine optimization, and it added an additional ongoing expense of hosting on Thomasnet each year.

The Solution:

Custom redesign website with an integrated e-commerce moving the entire site to alliancescale.com domain with a full catalog optimization for SEO, robust ecommerce and product catalog platform – yet easy to use, and integration with Google Analytics custom designed website. Customized CMS that allows for easy updates to catalog.

A custom designed dashboard of key performance indicators (KPI) will pull from Google Analytics and allow Alliance to determine which online and offline marketing sources are driving the most traffic and which sources are converting to sales. This not only will give Alliance a true picture of it ROI, but will make decisions on which products sell best and which web pages are most productive. Marketing strategy will help determine business strategy and vice versa.
